Operators of digital platforms can now electronically submit files containing information about individuals (sellers) who conduct business or earn income through these platforms
The service “Automatic Information Exchange from Platform Operators – DPI/DAC7” is now available on the Revenue Agency’s e-services portal, accessible with a qualified electronic signature
To access the electronic service, it is necessary to submit an application for its use through the Revenue Agency’s e-services portal.
If the data will be submitted by an authorized representative, it is necessary to submit a “Application for Use of Electronic Services with Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) of an Authorized Representative” with full access.
The information must be provided by January 31st of the year following the year for which the information is being provided.
